Sales Outsourcing Companies in Dubai: What to Check Before You Sign
In Dubai, "sales outsourcing" covers five different services, from field sales staff on a provider's payroll to a team that books meetings for you. Compare companies only within one type. Decide first whether you need people on the ground, more first conversations or a way into a short list of large accounts, then put the same seven checks to three providers of that type.

Seven checks before you sign
- 1
Which service is it? Staffing, field sales, telesales, an outsourced sales development team or account-based selling. Ask the provider to name its type.
- 2
Who employs the people? If anyone will work on the ground in the UAE, ask who employs and sponsors them and under which licence.
- 3
Shared or dedicated? Does the person on your account also work for other clients? Ask to meet them before you sign.
- 4
Who owns the pipeline? Contacts, conversation history, domains and mailboxes should stay with you when the contract ends.
- 5
Calling rules The UAE's telemarketing rules, in force since 27 August 2024, set consent, do-not-call and licensing requirements for marketing calls. Ask how the provider complies.
- 6
What is counted? Activity, meetings or accounts. Ask for a sample monthly report.
- 7
How do you leave? Minimum term, notice period and what is handed over.
Five types of sales outsourcing in Dubai compared
| Type of provider | What you buy | Usually priced | What is counted | Fits when |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sales staffing or manpower firm | Salespeople on the provider's payroll, managed by you | Monthly fee per person | Headcount supplied | You have sales managers and need people quickly |
| Field sales and merchandising firm | A managed team visiting outlets or customers | Monthly fee per team | Visits and orders | Distribution and retail sales |
| Telesales or call-centre firm | Callers working a contact list | Per seat or per hour | Calls and booked calls | Simple offer, one decision-maker |
| Outsourced sales development team | First conversations by email, LinkedIn and phone | Monthly retainer or per meeting | Meetings booked | Sellers short of first conversations |
| Account-based selling company | Work on a named account list | Monthly engagement | Accounts in outreach, active conversations, pipeline | Few large buyers, several approvers |
Why does outsourced sales development often disappoint?
Buyers are sceptical, with reason. In a SaaStr survey of more than 1,200 respondents, 7 in 100 said outsourced sales development had really worked for them and 26 in 100 said it had "sort of" worked. The post gives no date and does not show the question wording, so read it as a signal, not a measurement. The common cause is a mismatch: a service built to book single meetings is asked to open accounts where several people decide.
Where does account-based selling fit?
Account-based selling is the right type when your Dubai market is a list of companies you can name and each sale needs several people to agree. The provider does not supply headcount or a meeting quota. It researches each account, maps the buying committee and builds conversations with several people in it. If you need staff in the field, or one person can buy from you in a week, choose one of the other four types.
How does Intandemly work?
Intandemly is an account-based selling company, working this way since April 2017, almost ten years. We are based in Hyderabad, India, and do not place staff in Dubai. Each client gets a platform and a dedicated account-based selling consultant, supported by researchers, working a named account list agreed with you. We do not promise a number of meetings. We report on five KPIs: outreach accounts, coverage rate, active buying committees, active conversations and the value of pipeline generated.
What do sales outsourcing companies in Dubai charge?
We found no published price list for Dubai that we could verify. The published estimates are global and come from vendor blogs, not price lists: Revnew (13 Mar 2026) puts monthly retainers for outsourced sales development at $4,000 to $18,000, and Prospeo puts them at $2,000 to $15,000 or more. Treat both as rough guides. Intandemly works on a monthly engagement, not per meeting. For the scope and price for your account list, talk to us.
Staffing, telesales or meeting-booking fits when
- You need people on the ground in the UAE
- One person can approve the purchase
- Your sellers are short of first conversations
Account-based selling is the better choice when
- Several people must agree before anything is signed
- You can name the Dubai and GCC accounts you want
- First meetings happen but deals stall inside the account

Common questions
What does a sales outsourcing company in Dubai do?
It depends on the type. Some supply salespeople on their payroll, some run field or telesales teams, some book first meetings, and some work a named list of accounts.
Is Intandemly a sales outsourcing company?
Not in the staffing sense. Intandemly is an account-based selling company. We are engaged to open named accounts, not to supply headcount or a number of meetings.
Do you guarantee a number of meetings?
No. We agree an account list with you and report on the accounts.
Can we keep our own sales team and still use a provider?
Yes. Most do. The provider opens conversations and your sellers take them forward.
