Buyer's guide

B2B Lead Generation Companies in Saudi Arabia: How to Shortlist and Compare

Saudi buying differs from the rest of the Gulf in ways that change who you should hire. Larger buyers are often run from a family group or holding company, several approvers sit between the user and the signature, and the working week runs Sunday to Thursday. No independent ranking of providers exists, so decide what you are buying, then test three providers of that type against the checks below.

Seven checks for a Saudi shortlist

  1. 1

Group structure A buyer may be a subsidiary of a family group or holding company. Ask how the provider finds the person at group level as well as the user in the subsidiary.

  2. 2

Sunday to Thursday Saudi offices usually work Sunday to Thursday. Ask which of those days the team covers live and who picks up when a buyer calls back.

  3. 3

Arabic Ask who drafts in Arabic and who reads it before it goes out. A literal translation reads as a stranger's message.

  4. 4

Ramadan and Eid Hours shorten and decisions slow. Ask how the plan shifts in those weeks and when it resumes.

  5. 5

Personal data Saudi Arabia has its own personal data protection law. Ask which parts apply to business outreach and how consent and opt-outs are recorded.

  6. 6

Supplier registration Some large Saudi buyers expect suppliers to register or show a local partner. Ask whether the provider has met this before and what it will need from you.

  7. 7

What stays with you Contacts, conversation history, domains and mailboxes should be yours when the contract ends.

How does Saudi buying differ from the UAE?

Dubai and Abu Dhabi are full of regional offices and free-zone companies where English is the working language and one office can often decide. Saudi Arabia is larger and more domestic, and many buyers are run from a group centre. A subsidiary may use your product while the group approves it. Plan the two as separate markets, not one Gulf list.

Who decides inside a group?

In a holding structure the user, the technical reviewer, procurement and a group executive can sit in different companies. A provider that stops at the first person to reply will meet the user and go no further. Ask how it finds the group level and whether it can show you a mapped example.

Where should the provider sit?

Visits, events and calls from Saudi numbers favour a local presence. Research, email and LinkedIn work do not. What counts is Arabic when a buyer wants it, hours that match a Sunday to Thursday week and someone who has dealt with Saudi buyers before. Providers in the UAE or India can cover Saudi Arabia, but ask for Saudi clients by name and the sectors they sell into.

Where does account-based selling fit?

It fits when you can list the Saudi companies you want and a group of people must agree. Each account is researched, the group and subsidiary levels are mapped and several people are approached, each for a reason specific to their company. If you sell to small firms where one person signs in a week, a simpler provider will do.

How does Intandemly work?

Intandemly has run account-based selling from Hyderabad, India since April 2017. A client gets the ABX platform and a dedicated consultant, backed by researchers, working a named account list you agree with us. Our clients include companies based in Saudi Arabia and companies selling into the GCC and wider MENA. We do not sell leads or promise a number of meetings. We report on the accounts.

What does it cost?

We found no verified Saudi price list, so this page gives no figures. Expect a monthly fee, a price per lead or per meeting, or a blend. Ask what sits inside it: data, tools, Arabic drafting and the people. Intandemly works on a monthly engagement. For your account list, talk to us.

A lead generation or call-centre provider fits when

  • One buyer can approve the purchase
  • You sell the same offer to many similar firms
  • The sale closes in weeks, not quarters

Account-based selling fits better when

  • A group, a subsidiary and a procurement team all have a say
  • You can name the Saudi companies you want
  • One clumsy first approach could close the account
From a published case study

BEST SAP sells SAP finance add-ons into MENA and APAC. Our case-study funnel reads: 1,500 connections, 800 accounts reached, 30 positive responses, 22 accounts penetrated. The funnel covers the client's whole region, not Saudi Arabia alone.

Common questions

Which is the best B2B lead generation company in Saudi Arabia?

No independent ranking exists. Settle on the type of service you need, then put the checks on this page to three providers of that type.

Does a Saudi sale follow the same path as a UAE sale?

Often not. Saudi buyers are more likely to decide at group level and to expect Arabic. Plan the two markets separately.

Is Intandemly a lead generation company?

No. Intandemly is an account-based selling company in Hyderabad. We work named accounts for clients selling into Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC.

Do you promise meetings with Saudi buyers?

No. We agree an account list with you and report on the accounts.

Do the other GCC countries work the same way?

Each has its own working week, language habits and data rules, so ask about each. For the UAE, see our UAE page.
