How the tracker reads your list
Account penetration is how far you are inside a company: from chosen, through mapped and reached, to several people in conversation. The tracker uses the six status words from our ABM starter kit and counts what each account has, not what you sent it.
The five numbers at the top are the same five we use across this site: accounts worked, coverage of the roles that decide, active buying committees, active conversations in the last 30 days and the value of pipeline the list has opened. Each one is a property of an account, so none of them can be flattered by sending more email.
The stall flag is the working end of the tool. An account with no dated next step, or no touch in 30 days, is drifting whatever its status says. One move per stalled account per week is the habit that keeps a named list alive.
Why this works on named accounts
Common questions
What is account penetration?
How far you are inside a target account: from chosen on a list, through roles mapped and people reached, to two or more people in conversation and pipeline forming. It is measured per account, not per campaign.
What are the five KPIs?
Accounts worked, coverage of the roles that decide, active buying committees, active conversations in the last 30 days and the value of pipeline the list has generated. Each counts accounts or what happens inside them, so more sending cannot flatter the report.
When does an account count as stalled?
When it is being worked but has no dated next step, or nobody has touched it in 30 days. Both flags mean the same thing: the account is drifting and needs one decided move this week.
Can I use this as an ABM dashboard?
Yes, that is its job. It is the one-page account view a small team needs: statuses, the five numbers and the stalls. For the planning side, pair it with the Account Scoring Tool and the Buying Committee Mapper.
Is anything I type saved or sent?
Your accounts stay in this browser. Intandemly receives nothing unless you choose to email yourself the report.
