How to Sync to Engage?

Now that you identified your key account , you would like to “engage” this customer...which is very simple:

1. To add a company to the engage module go to the company profile page and click on the refresh icon beside the company name to sync with engage module
2. Confirm when the pop-up dialogue box prompts you to do so.
